Not only do we bake each piece with love, imagining a scene in which hug-flower can accompany our customers in their daily lives, but our staff also individually wraps and boxes them.
We use plenty of Hokkaido dairy products and organically farmed vanilla beans.
By carefully selecting ingredients and manufacturing methods, such as using a gluten-free manufacturing method that does not use any flour, we ensure that our products are not only delicious, but also less harmful to the body.
We aim to create a one-of-a-kind "piece" in terms of ingredients, aroma, taste, beautiful browning, and ease of eating.
